These Terms of Service govern your use of Cotswold Transfers' chauffeur and transport services, operated by Jacob Miles Ltd. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All journeys must be booked in advance. Fixed-price fares are confirmed at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required to secure your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full to cover driver allocation.
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrival times and adjust pickup schedules accordingly. Complimentary waiting time is included as outlined at booking.
Cotswold Transfers is fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or third-party disruptions.
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.
