We are a pre-booked chauffeur operator, not a taxi rank. Partners send each itinerary for availability and a fixed quotation, and every journey is confirmed in advance with preferential net trade rates.

Partner Services
Partners can book any of the following as a single journey or as part of a wider itinerary. Each booking is quoted individually and confirmed before travel.
Cotswold Transfers provides professional transport. For tours, the travel partner may supply its own professional guide. Our drivers provide transport between destinations and wait while clients explore; they do not provide guided commentary.
Our private tours are chauffeur-driven, transport-based experiences. Your driver transports you between the agreed destinations and waits while you explore independently. Guided commentary is not included.
Partner Benefits
Every partnership is built on confirmed quotations and a single point of contact, so your team always knows who is handling the journey and what it will cost.
We do not publish trade prices. Net rates depend on the vehicle, itinerary, duration, mileage and expected booking volume, and are agreed with you before your first booking.
Commission, credit facilities, white-label arrangements, account payment terms and guaranteed availability are not automatic. Where they are relevant, they are discussed and agreed individually as part of your partnership.
